Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
An opt-out request sent to Sleevary takes effect within 15 business days, even though Sleevary sells and shares no personal information in the first place. This page took effect Oct. 2, 2026 and explains the opt-out right for the adults who buy from sleevary.com, together with what the request changes and what it leaves alone.
Rights granted by California law
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as the CPRA amended it, a California resident can tell a business not to sell personal information and not to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, which means advertising aimed at a person on the strength of what that person does on other websites. Residents of other states with similar laws use the same request, and Sleevary accepts it from a customer in any state.
Effects of an opt-out spelled out
An opt-out stops any future sale or sharing of the customer’s personal information, and Sleevary records it so that no later change to the site can undo it. Order processing does not change, so the distribution partner still receives the shipping details it needs, Stripe or PayPal still take payment, and order emails still arrive. Erasing order records is a different request, a deletion request, and the Privacy Policy explains how to make one.
Ad tags left off the site
Selling, under the CCPA, means handing personal information to another business in return for payment or some other benefit, and sharing means passing it on for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sleevary does neither: sleevary.com runs without advertising pixels, analytics tags, or social media plugins, so no visitor’s data leaves the site for advertising. If an advertising tag is ever installed, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated on the same day, before the tag goes live.
Global Privacy Control signals honored
Visitors whose browser or extension broadcasts the Global Privacy Control signal are opted out automatically on that browser without any form, whichever state they live in.
Requests made by agents or parents
An authorized agent can file an opt-out with written permission from the customer, and a parent or legal guardian can file one for a minor. Sleevary does not sell or share the information of anyone under 16, which is the age below which California requires opt-in consent before any sale.
Opt-out requests sent by email, form, or phone
An opt-out can reach Sleevary through any of these routes, and one is enough:
- A message from the email address used for orders, sent to contact@sleevary.com under the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share“.
- A message through the Contact Us page that names the request as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
- A call to +1 (743) 242-0838 on a business day from 7:45 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern.
- The Global Privacy Control signal described above.
Requests confirmed within 2 business days
Each opt-out is acknowledged within 2 business days and takes effect within 15 business days of its arrival. An opt-out needs no ID document; matching the email address on file is enough, and a request made by phone is confirmed by email.
Prices kept the same after an opt-out
A customer who opts out pays the same prices, gets the same shipping options, and receives the same customer service as anyone else, and nobody is refused an order because of a privacy request.
Opt-out help offered by customer service
Questions about opting out are answered by Sleevary customer service at contact@sleevary.com, at +1 (743) 242-0838, or through the form on the Contact Us page, Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern, within 1 business day, and the Privacy Policy describes the other privacy rights and how DIAMOND NISHELLE EVANS FUNY LLC handles personal information.
